Chocolate Almond Granola

Chocolate Almond Granola
Ingredients:
1 container old fashioned oats (18oz.)
1/4 cup organic cocoa powder
2 TBL ground cinnamon
1 tsp kosher salt
1/2 cup liquid coconut oil
3/4 cup honey
1/4 cup chia seed
1 package sliced or slivered almonds (8oz.)
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 375°F, and line a lipped baking sheet with parchment paper.
Pour oats, cocoa powder, cinnamon, and salt on top of parchment paper. Toss to combine.
Combine coconut oil and honey. Pour in the middle of the seasoned oats. Place chia seeds on top of liquid and mix all to combine.
Add almonds and mix again.
Bake for 15-20 minutes mixing the ingredients once during baking to ensure they are baked evenly.
Let cool completely on baking sheet until mixture reaches room temperature.
Store in a sealed container. Enjoy!
